Senior Project Manager We’re looking for a senior project manager to join our delivery team. If you enjoy working within a fast paced agile environment, then we’d love to hear from you. Essentials:
Proven experience delivering small to large scale projects with a cross functional team
Ability to manage multiple and varied projects at one time
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall, scrum, kanban and lean
Work closely with external clients, stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure a clear and common understanding of scope and priority of deliverables
Comfortably manage and control scope to ensure projects are delivered on budget
Coordinate delivery teams (utilising agile practices, e.g. Kanban and Scrum) to produce timing / release plans and align dependencies
Track and report progress against agreed targets, managing expectations on project status and risks
Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills
Great sense of humour. Great if you have it:
Documentation and Workflow tools e.g. Confluence, Jira
Experience delivering projects on a Salesforce platform.
Salesforce Developer If your happy place is being knee-deep in Lightning Components and you know your Batch Apex from your Custom Metadata, we want you. oe:gen are on the look-out for experienced Salesforce Developers to join our team. Day-to-day you’ll be working with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce and Visual Flow, creating bespoke, industry-leading solutions that excite and delight. Essentials:
Minimum 3 years’ experience of working with Salesforce, including: Triggers, Controllers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Unit tests
Salesforce Developer Certification
Good all-round understanding of the Salesforce platform
Sound understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Good written and verbal communication skills
Work well in a team
Good problem-solving skills
Deploying APEX code
Experience of project management tools. Great if you have it:
Experience of using source control solutions
Experience of working with Salesforce Communities
Salesforce Admin Certification
Experience of working in an Agile environment.
Salesforce Config If you’re already configuring Salesforce as an administrator or config, please get in touch. Likewise if you’re a technically minded tinkerer, who enjoys learning new skills and are interested in Salesforce, we want to hear from you too. Day-to-day you’ll be creating and configuring custom objects, fields, record types, workflows and Process Builder processes. You’ll also be delving into Community Builder and working closely with our developers to create awesome solutions for our clients. We’re always striving to get the most out of Salesforce through clicks, not code, and you’ll be a key part of the team. Essentials:
Minimum 1 year of experience of using or working with Salesforce
Good all-round understanding of the Salesforce platform (www.trailhead.com – go!)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Work well in a team
Good problem-solving skills
