The team at DPD have been working tirelessly over the past few years to develop and transform what they do with Salesforce Service Cloud, including features such as New Voice Media, chat bot and integrated Live Agent. Hear how they use Salesforce across their business and their strategy moving forward, which includes integration of voice bot and voice analytics to ensure their agents are answering questions correctly.
