Join us at 2pm on Wednesday 31st May! We’ll be hosting the Nottingham Salesforce User Group event, right here at oe:gen HQ.
There will be some fantastic speakers, plenty of time for sharing experiences and networking, and even some free drinks and grub thanks to our sponsors, Mason Frank.
Find out how two Salesforce customers in Nottingham are using the platform, learn more about the Service Cloud Console, and how to get the most from the Campaigns Object.
You can see what’s planned and tell us you’re going to attend the event right here. But we’ll pop the agenda on this post, too:
13:00 | Registration + Networking
Please arrive with plenty of time to register for a prompt 14:00 start.
14:00 | Welcome (5 minutes)
A quick welcome to the first Nottingham User Group and thank you to our sponsors.
14:05 | 10 Top Tips on Using Campaigns, Paul Vernon (10 minutes)
The campaign object is [probably] the most under-used feature in many Salesforce Organisations. This quick ’10-point’ session will give you ideas on how you can get more from this feature in your own business.
14:15 | Service Cloud Console, Mark Ramsell (45 minutes)
We’ll be demoing Salesforce Console for Service, a feature available to organizations that have the old Service Cloud feature license, or the new Service Cloud Lightning license. We’ll be covering Service Console features including tabbed UI, Macros, Knowledge, History and how you can extend the Service Console with your own components, and how other Salesforce features like omni-channel can be used in a Console. Finally, we will give a brief preview of the new Lightning Service Console, which is currently in Beta and offers most of the features of the classic Console, with some nice additions such as the Utility Bar which supports Lightning Components.

The University tram stop is a one-minute walk from the office, connected directly to Nottingham Station. Just get on the tram heading to Toton Lane and get off at the university!
Please also note that there is limited on-site parking.
We look forward to seeing you there!
