TalkTalk Business had selected the Salesforce.com platform as a means of bringing their partners’ portals together. We acted as consultants throughout the two-year project, looking at the business analysis, specification and user experience (UX).
How we helped TalkTalk Business
Working on site at the TalkTalk Warrington Office, we led a number of workshops to define the journey people took when using the portal.
When TalkTalk approved the UX, we produced a functional specification document, giving the offshore development team details of how to configure and develop the TalkTalk Salesforce.com Community.
Our in-house cascading style sheets (CSS) team produced the CSS, JQuery and Responsive HTML for use in the Salesforce Community, giving our clients a far more customised solution.
When the offshore development was finished, we completed the browser-testing phase and project managed the UX elements of the user acceptance testing.
