Live Nation Lightning Transition

Live Nation are the largest live entertainment company in the world, connecting over 580 million fans across their concerts and ticketing platforms in approximately 40 countries in 2017. They had two existing orgs used by various departments, one of those being a Salesforce Lightning one…

What they wanted

Live Nation tasked us with combining both of their orgs into the existing Lightning org. However, a flat migration wouldn't solve the UI complaints their users had. They needed us to provide a product that re-engaged their markets, improved their data, and simplified processes so users can complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

How we helped

We needed to create user stories and wireframes to help with the specific pain points Live Nation have, with minimal post-deployment support. It also had to be a smooth transition to Lightning, with the org having a custom user interface that's modern and user-friendly.

We delivered the project in three sprints and helped them smoothly migrate their data from the old system to the new. Our team created a detailed project scope with wireframes and user stories, and our tech lead ran webinar workshops with Live Nation to make sure we were making best use of their data.

The result?

The result is a customised, streamlined, and simplified UI on one Lightning org (instead of two!) that saves time and is super easy to use.

Here's what Live Nation's Salesforce Account Executive says about the project:

Live Nation had limited resources and a hesitation to use a partner, but oe:gen quickly built their trust. For Salesforce, oe:gen are a key partner who continue to help us support Live Nation's success through collaboration and innovation
