What they wanted
Live Nation tasked us with combining both of their orgs into the existing Lightning org. However, a flat migration wouldn't solve the UI complaints their users had. They needed us to provide a product that re-engaged their markets, improved their data, and simplified processes so users can complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
How we helped
We needed to create user stories and wireframes to help with the specific pain points Live Nation have, with minimal post-deployment support. It also had to be a smooth transition to Lightning, with the org having a custom user interface that's modern and user-friendly.
We delivered the project in three sprints and helped them smoothly migrate their data from the old system to the new. Our team created a detailed project scope with wireframes and user stories, and our tech lead ran webinar workshops with Live Nation to make sure we were making best use of their data.
The result is a customised, streamlined, and simplified UI on one Lightning org (instead of two!) that saves time and is super easy to use.
