Salesforce Config

If you’re already configuring Salesforce as an administrator or config, please get in touch. If you’re a technically-minded tinkerer, who enjoys learning new skills and are interested in Salesforce, we want to hear from you too.

Day-to-day you’ll be creating and configuring custom objects, fields, record types, workflows and Process Builder processes. You’ll also be delving into Community Builder and working closely with our developers to create awesome solutions for our clients. We’re always striving to get the most out of Salesforce through clicks, not code, and you’ll be a key part of the team.

Essentials:

  • Minimum one-year of experience of using or working with Salesforce
  • Good all-round understanding of the Salesforce platform — check out Trailhead for help!
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Work well in a team
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience of project management tools.

Great if you have it:

  • Salesforce Admin Certification

Salesforce Developer

If your happy place is being knee-deep in Lightning Components and you know your Batch Apex from your Custom Metadata, we want you. oe:gen are on the look-out for experienced Salesforce Developers to join our team.

Day-to-day you’ll be working with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce and Visual Flow, creating bespoke, industry-leading solutions that excite and delight.

Essentials:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working with Salesforce, including: Triggers, Controllers, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Unit tests
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • Good all-round understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Sound understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Work well in a team
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Deploying APEX code
  • Experience of project management tools.

Great if you have it:

  • Experience of using source control solutions
  • Experience of working with Salesforce Communities
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.

Tester

We’re on the lookout for a Tester to join our growing Salesforce Development team! This team is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our Salesforce software projects. 

You’ll work with a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Technical Lead, and APEX Developers to ensure the quality of code developed across a whole range of projects. 

A good understanding of the Salesforce platform will be needed; however, training on Salesforce will be provided to you. If you want a head start on that, check out Trailhead for help! 

Your role will vary depending on project requirements. Most projects will need you at the initial implementation stages, but on others, you may be required mid-way through when testing becomes essential. 

We’re looking for someone who’s had a minimum of two-years’ experience in a software testing role. 

Essentials:

  • Working with Business Analyst, Developers and Project Managers
  • Identifying business requirements
  • Performance testing
  • Functional testing
  • Scalability testing
  • Writing and executing test scripts
  • Running manual and automated tests
  • Testing in different environments including web and mobile

Business Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on understanding a client’s business? Do you love taking business requirements and converting them into a detailed project scope for delivery? If so, come and join our expanding team!

Essentials:

  • Strategic thinking — you should be able to understand the context of a client’s business and develop a solution in response  
  • Having significant understanding/experience of the development process, and the ability to communicate strategy, creative and technical elements of a project
  • Supporting the Account Director as needed with creation of Statement of Works for discovery and build phases
  • Building excellent client relationships through email, calls and face to face meetings as necessary
  • Planning and delivering client workshops with the Account Director or on your own to understand our clients' requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with your team members to design a solution that will meet our clients' business requirements and fulfill their user stories
  • Creating IA, wireframes, sitemaps, user stories, workflows and briefing documents as required for specific solutions 
  • Creating, managing and prioritising the backlog with our clients and internal team
  • Briefing and supporting our internal team with the delivery of your defined solution
  • Providing support throughout project delivery as master of scope
  • Supporting for testing as needed
  • Having great attention to detail.
